Gmail CRM vs Highrise CRM
I've been contemplating about whether it is really worth using Highrise to organize my information. I've gone through this exercise and really considered using Gmail instead, for one - it has labels (tags), filters, quick links, a good search facility as well as task and calendar - all integrated of course!
- Categorize Deals with respective email
- Categorize Projects with respective email
- Create Tasks for respective contacts / emails
- Share Contact Information
- Share Notes (Activity) on Contacts / Deals / Cases (Projects)
- Share Files (using Cases/Projects)
- Cannot Sync with Gmail / Linkedin Contacts
- Still require an email, calendar, chat application separately
- Fee + Expensive
- Categorize Deals with respective email (using labels/tags)
- Categorize Projects with respective email (using filters+labels/tags)
- Create Tasks for respective emails + link to email + link to calendar
- Cannot Share Contact Information
- Cannot Share Notes (Activity) on Contacts / Deals / Cases (Projects)
- Can Share Files (through Cases (Projects)
- Can Sync with Gmail / Linkedin Contacts
- Self-contained Email+Tasks+Calendar+Chat
- Free + Reliable (Would Google kill so many email!?)
